VirtualDub-MPEG2 build with iAudio U3 support

This build is based on VirtualDub-MPEG2 1.6.5 by Avery Lee and fccHandler.

I added the option "Use absolute offsets in AVI index" under Options/Preferences/AVI.

If this option is checked, the videos produced by VirtualDub-MPEG2 will be compatible with iAudio U3 player.

Other useful options for iAudio U3 compatibility:

• Audio/Interleaving/Preload = 0 ms
• XviD configuration: Profile = Simple @ L3.
• XviD configuration: Advanced Options/Motion Search Precision = 4 - High
